have the programm on my computer when i install it it isn`t on my pc goddammit

i`ve installed it (i ran the setup installed it it said product activated
(or somethin like that i was in dutch ``product succesvol geactiveerd``
but then it just was not on my pc how is that possible
where to activate whith the code ``giveaway@giveawayoftheday.com``
i`ve recieved it but can`t fill it in anyware
